    bandwidth

Lets say I have a picture in my sig hosted on imageshack or photobucket. Would that image take away from OS's allotted bandwidth since the image is hosted on another site?

    This is just an example.

    Re: bandwidth

The question is moot anyways as there's no photos allowed as signatures.

no it wouldn't, it would only impact the users of said site if your image was particularly large and their connection was slow.
