For whatever reason, I can't bring myself to care about Erin/Andy.

Probably because we already did this story once with Jim and Pam. And it was done about 74 times better.

Just don't get them either. Zero chemistry, zilch. Erin is stupid and not funny. Andy is funny and arguably the most likable character on the show.

I could see the show going for more sentimentality than laughs, but if you don't like Andy/Erin there is little to salvage out of this episode. Angela cutting off Dwight to make him feel something for her? Erin's incredible babysitting ineptitude? I found the scene where Andy fake kills Erin and she begins to reciprocate, downright awkward and lame.

I liked the way The Office group supported Andy in his time of need. The best line of the night was when Michael said he couldn't make Andy's Sweeney Todd play because he had to attend a friend's Sweeney Todd play.

10% Good, 90% Bad equals not a very good episode.

For once, Andy was hilarious as a supporting actor. The whole picture stuff was hilarious, including the "hard" comment.

Man, I was not expecting that kind of episode from the writers. It was definitely a good one though, lot's of funny stuff happening.

Tonight's episode was an instant classic! It was easily the best episode in at least two years.

It was really nice to have a Michael/Andy story arc where Jim and Pam were way in the background.

Michael going up to the old woman on the bench and thinking it was Pam's mom had me rolling.

Where has this writing been for the past couple of years?

It's like they saved all their best material for one really good episode but decided to neglect the past two seasons.

Edit: And wouldn't you know, Paul Lieberstein (Toby) wrote tonight's episode. He hadn't written an episode since the 1st episode of Season Six; no wonder it felt like the writing was different!

I would bet my house on it.

I don't know how this is all going to shake out, I don't know how they write him out of the show, but I can guarantee he'll be with Holly at the end of it.

There's just no way it isn't a happy ending for Michael. And a happy ending for him has to involve Holly.
