I saw it today and didn't think it was that good. Laughed a couple times but was really disappointed.

Funniest Ferrell movie I've seen in a long time.

        Loved it.

I really enjoyed this movie. The front end was loaded pretty heavy with laughs so the middle and last third of the movie wasn't as "out there" funny, but there were still some hilarious parts. I personally thought Eva was under utilized after her first scene, but whatever. I can't wait to see this again once it hits blu ray.

As an accounting major I enjoyed that they didn't do the typical mafia/crime boss thing and instead did a financial heist with Ferrel being the forensic accounting guy.

            Re: The Other Guys

The movie was at its best with Dwayne Johnson and Sameul L. Jackson. Then it just went downhill after a certain inciting incident changed the dynamic of the film.

Will Ferrell was hilarious as usual but Mark Wahlberg has got to be one of the worst actors in Hollywood. The man is Keanu Reeves with more star power.

The plot was horrible. All over the place. Made very little sense and was never consistently in the fore front of the film. It seemed like a piece written only to make some cop jokes and showcase the intelligence of Will Ferrell's add libs.

Disappointed with the overall feel of this film. Yea, it'll make you laugh which I guess is the point, but don't expect to feel like you actually saw anything happen. It's just a film of random events, funny lines by one character, and a plot that gets worse and worse with every explanation.

Mark Wahlberg isn't a favorite of mine by any means, but I actually didn't mind him in this. I don't think the film is as bad as you make it seem. Yes it is all over the place and some weird plot conclusions/events, but I thought the humor outweighed the negatives. So, don't go chasin' waterfalls.

Haha, I give Will Ferrell credit for being a comic genius. The man just gets it.

There were so many little things he said that I had to think about for a second and laugh seconds later. He just knows how to make you think about his jokes too.

If you want to laugh, definitely watch this because it's funny and it does outweight the plot which I'm sure most people wanting to watch a comedy don't care for at all. If you do care about the story then you'll be disappointed like me.

The main reason I want to watch this again is because of Michael Keaton. There's so much going on with him and what he was doing on screen, I felt like one viewing wasn't enough to take it all in and register it and laugh. I wanted to laugh at him whenever he was on screen, he was great I thought.

The whole Gator thing was wonderful too, lol.

Will Ferrel became my favorite comedic actor when I found out the house used in Old School was actually his real home at the time and that they ended up doing something like 40k worth of damage to it.

This lady I know went to High School with Will And said he was a riot. He even did the Cheer leader skit there, so he must have come up with that idea and SNL like it.

Keaton was great in this. If I was a cop I'd want him to be my boss.

I wasn't expecting anything based on the trailers but this is one of my favorite movies of the year so far. I can't wait to see it again.

Going to go see this tomorrow with my wife. I am really looking forward to this movie. The last movie I went to was Batman the second one. I don't really good to movies. But I love Will and I like all the role actors this film has too. My friend saw it today and said it was OK, but he is not a big Will fan like me.
