I have a Flip HD which we love. Use it all the time. Actually replaced our "big" camcorder for this. Easy to take wherever we go, easy to upload to facebook and YouTube, and it records everything in 720P.

Get a Kodak Zi-8. That's the best one out. You can even mount it to a tripod. Full 1080 @30FPS. 720P @60FPS/with image stablization.

My bud is over with his Zi8. You really have to get this camera. First, no flash memory limitations. You can use up to a 32GB SD card. 60FPS at 720p. It does have all the stuff for easy upload to YouTube, Facebook, etc.... Put it on a tripod with my dude's wireless lav setup. Just awesome. I'm gonna be getting one by the end of the week.
