This video is definitely a helicopter and the Laser is a infrared laser. My money is that is a military Helicopter.

            Re: Creepy Alien Stories

When I got out of the military, I moved back with the folks for a few months. Mom wasn't having any late night traffic in and out of the house, so whenever I kicked it late, I would meet up with my ride a block down in front of my old elementary.

One night while waiting, I saw the ol' stanby "bright light" moving across the sky over/behind the school building...pitch black sky. Looked like a regular plane at first, but with a really big white light. First thing I thought is that most planes have a red and blue wing lights, sometimes blinking don't they? This plane was just one big blur of light. Helicopter maybe? Nah can't hear it. Still, didn't think much of it until it freakin stopped for about 15 seconds and then whipped away and vanished!? Just took off upwards in a shot and dissapeared.

Shook the sh*t out of me, lol...when my friend pulled up I got in the car and didn't talk for a few minutes. When dude asked me WTF was wrong, I started not to tell him, as I could hardly believe it myself.

            Anywho, great thread.

Also, Fistofrage, you make some great points throughh out. Props to Dossier and Phobia, also.

Personally, I believe that in a 14 billion year-old infinite universe, a civilization that has only just learned to wipe their asses about 50 thousand years ago really doesn't know jack sh*t about the physical limitations of evolution and life development. Scientific "fact" is only good til the next discovery, and we haven't even fully discovered a fraction of this rock we're on right now, let alone what goes on in infinite space...so to act as if Einstein and co. have figured everything there is to know in the universe already is really laughable.

As is the only person in the thread touting a masters of science having by far the worst grammar, spelling, and punctuation or the ability to make a point without ad hominems and straw men, but I digress.

I do believe though that it's entirely possible that the human species developing strictly through natural selection may have been a unique occurance in the universe, even considering the raw numbers. But really, it would only have to happen once, and there is no evidence that would dictate that it began here. If Earthlings survive a million years, we will have certainly spread the human seed to other planets, and created crafts that could themselves sustain life over generations. Over 10+ billion years? We could populate the Galaxy.

I tell my wife all the time that life on Earth is one big inter-galactic reality show being broadcast to studio ships in the atmosphere, lol. My household gets fantastic ratings.

                  Re: Creepy Alien Stories

                  I'm with you HMcCoy,

the universe has been around for, and we THINK not KNOW this, that the universe is just 14 billion years old, add to that the ideas of dimensions and multiple universe, plus all the infinite possibilities of everything including time travel, and it's hard to believe that there hasn't been thousands or even millions of somewhat intelligent life. Among those how can somebody possibly say that a certain species hasn't been around for millions of years doing some crazy ****, or several who've been around and done things we can't even comprehend.

just a thought, but what if humans on earth had more raw brain power than that of the aliens above? What if we have been creating new technologies and etc. at an unbelievable rate and that is why we are being watched.

I got a question for anybody, if say aliens did become confirmed somehow, and you were at a location of landing and a few of them came out of their space ship, how would you feel? what would you do?

I personally would feel anxious, somewhat scared, somewhat amazed, and a great desire to tell Keirik "I told you so" lol, I personally would try to communicate and treat them as if it were just another person but incredibly smarter than me
