I think you click "Start", then "Computer".

This, but if you want it on your desktop it's pretty easy to do:

On that same start menu, just right click "Computer" and select "Show on Desktop"

Ok great. Now how do I set it so I don't have to login every time I restart my computer. Which is currently a lot since I have to install all these programs again.

you have to remove the password from your account, its not really a good idea especially if others have access to your computer but you can take it off and put it back later.
