No one should see that. Ever. Not because it's distrubing. Because it's so unbelievably awful.

I won't see it because he spoiled it.

Human Centipede is definitely disturbing. I started to watch the second one but was bored.

Someone mentioned Rampage on netflix. That movie is crazy. Some parts are disturbing in a way. The end is crazy.

I went to the link in the OP for The Serbian Film. Wow. I'm speechless. How does that plot ever get contrived let alone green-lighted into a movie?

"Scary" movies like Paranormal Activity, I'm fine with. But I have no interest in the torture movies. I won't even see the Saw movies, which I'm sure is mild now compared to some of the other ones.

That's too bad, the first Saw is pretty good to most [albeit intrigued] viewers.

I came here to post this.

The movie itself isn't anything to write home about -- bad acting, cheap plot, silly dialogue. Annoying, really, to listen to teens babble back and forth. But the final thirty minutes are mortifying.
I watched it the other night after it being mentioned in this thread. Suffered through the totally uninteresting hour until that last 30 minutes...

                That was disturbing.

Yes, I'm baffled by that as well. If someone can get a green light for a movie like that, anyone should be able to think of something better and get green lighted!

That period is when I stopped watching tons of horror movies.

They went from quality horror to gore and not as enjoyable for me...
