Not really the same level of disturbing, but Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer was probably the weirdest I've felt while watching a movie.

It's disturbing...just not on the gore, gross out puking level.

Psychological stuff is a lot more disturbing to me and that movie is right up there.

Agreed. It made me sick to my stomach.

Also The Hills Have Eyes made me cringe quite a bit. That scene in the trailer was way effed up.

            Yeah this scene:
            Spoiler

That is hard to watch. I saw it in a theater on a weekday. For some reason a family thought it would be a good idea to bring their two kid's (both looked under the age of 5) to see it. I guess those parents would be strong candidates for parents of the year.

Back on topic- I would had House of a 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects to the list. Both of those were quite disturbing, IMO.

Uh yeah, I think we've both got the same scene in mind.

WOW! I just read the plot summary on Wikipedia and that was some strange stuff going on in that movie. Not as disturbing as the Serbian Film but that movie definitely has it's own brand of WTF.

                  Re: Most Disturbing Movies

Little bit late to this topic. I just sat here at work reading the Serbian movie plot and OMG what kind of person writes that kind of stuff. THEN who wants to act that stuff out and make a movie about that. TRULY sick sick sick people in this world. I feel violated just reading about it much less watching it.

The writers of this seriously need help if that is how they think depicting what their country has done to them is what they wrote. I don't think you can put into words the level of SICK you have to be to think about raping a newborn.

WOW even the words I can't get out my head.

Willem Dafoe picks some weird roles anyway. His cop in Boondock Saints was wacky.

Wow, I had almost completely blocked that scene out of my memory until you just mentioned it. Thanks

I find it odd that this movie is on Netflix.
