I need some songs for my ipod which will get me going! I don't care the genre: rock, hip-hop, rap, whatever. I'm not a music person, but I definitely get in a better workout with some high-energy tunes. I will say I can't handle heavy metal. It gives me a headache. For my workouts, I actually like dance music, stuff that thumps and you would hear at a nightclub. I don't go to nightclubs, so I don't know what's out there. Thanks!

The two Gladiator songs are good for runs as they start out slow and build up and they also last 10 min.
