Anyone else enjoy watching these type shows ? There are a few I enjoy watching even though I believe most of them to be fake I watch them for the entertainment value.

Ghost Hunters
Paranormal State
Ghost Adventures
Destanation Truth
Faked or Faked Paranormal Files
and though it's not ""Paranormal" Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura is good too.

I watch them all with the exception of fact or faked. I also used to watch a show called "A haunting" and it was a show of real (or maybe not idk) ghost stories being told while a reenactment is being shown. I really enjoyed it

I like to watch then for how hysterically setup and fake they are, with Ghost Hunters by far being the worst.

Fact or Faked is cool, it totally debunks the majority of the paranormal/alien videos out there.

Ghost Hunters was cool in its first season or two, when you could tell it was real. A bunch of the episodes were simply them disproving a place was haunted. The show now, is just a bunch of obviously faked crap. The stupid "WHAT WAS THAT? DID YOU HEAR THAT? IT WAS A KNOCK!" stuff that in the previous seasons they would totally dismiss, but now they act like it's a big deal. I get it, they made their money, so they're just trying to sucker people now.

Destination Truth was kind of cool at first, until it became really, really, really obvious that it was fake. Every episode they almost just barely find what they're looking for, but the camera conveniently catches it at a distance or a blurred shot or something. C'mon.

Fact or Faked is the only one I still enjoy, since they're there to disprove most of this stuff.

I enjoy watching each of the shows I listed because to me they serve their purpose, and that's to provide entertainment. I think ghost adventures is the clearly most faked of all of them. But I get a kick out of it. Speaking of ghost hunters , anyone else think that Kris Williams is hot?

I don't really watch these shows but i've been meaning to watch Jesse Ventura's show but keep missing it. (I know it's not really paranormal but I believe they touch on some issues there)

Back in the early '90s I used to watch this show:

Paranormal State got out of hand. Those people were Bat $(*&( Crazy. Taping Ping Pong balls over their eyes shining a red flashlight on them and claiming demonic presence.

It was just a bunch of sleep deprived college outcasts going into crazy people's houses and getting up in a lather in the wee hours of the night while some old girly man fabricated stories. It was group think gone bad at its best. I don't think its on anymore.

Fact or Faked is the only one I still enjoy, since they're there to disprove most of this stuff.

Fact or Faked is garbage. Take a look at the obvious spider in the "Caretaker" episode. They even use it in their opening promo.

I can't get behind their logic of "if we can reproduce it it's fake, if not it must be real."

I don't know if I seen that episode. I'll admit I don't like the ones where they venture into their own ghost investigations, since it just goes back to what Ghost Hunters and Destination Truth do. All of these TV ghost shows have the same act, and it's old. I like Fact or Faked because they DON'T do that, but then they started doing it anyways.

I more so like the show because it recreates so many videos that people claim are "proof" of aliens or ghosts or other myths, so convincingly that it shows you that they aren't as legitimate as people make out.

Did any of you see Faked or Faked this week? I thought for sure the way they was acting they was going to say we replicated the moon landing here so it's a fake. But suprisingly they didn't.

Under their usual guidelines they would have, but knew they couldn't because they'd be getting a lot of heat. Especially when this has been visited by far more reputable shows/groups with the conclusion that the moon landing was in fact real.
