I found the second episode to drop off a big but sundays picked up were the first left off.

I think maybe because it's on Showtime, and for those who have seen and loved the British version like myself, this is basically an inferior line for line remake. It's still an entertaining show, but for some reason, despite nearly identical scripts, I like the original better.

Well, I learned something new today!

I did not know that there was an original version made in the UK...

Explains why I always think the show should have been set there...it's got a vibe that I recall from living in Camden Town in the 80's...
