emulator to run 32bit games on 64bit?

Hi, here's the bottom line. I want to play jezzball, the original old school version. I've found it and downloaded it, however, it can not run on my 64bit PC. It was suggested to me to try to get the game to run via emulation. Can anyone direct me how to achieve this so I can run this game or any 32 bit old school game? I have another game in mind that I want to install on my 64bit PC and am concerned that I will run into issues.

If emulators are illegal, and my thread is about to be closed to avoid trouble, can someone explain why?

If anyone has a better idea on getting 32bit games to run on 64bit PCs, maybe by modifying game files or what not, can someone help me with that?

Some emulators are illegal. You can get Sun Virtual Box, which is free, and install a 32bit OS within and try your games that way.
