    New Radiohead

So it's with impeccable timing that this morning Radiohead announced on their website that on Saturday, their new album will be available for download. The King of Limbs will cost just £6 as an MP3, or £9 if you want a higher quality WAV version. Or you can spend £33 to get the WAV version plus, in two months' time, an edition they're calling "the world's first Newspaper Album". This comprises two clear 10in vinyl records in a purpose-built record sleeve, a CD, and lots of artwork. Presumably, a super-deluxe version will be announced in coming months that will see Thom Yorke appear as a hologram at the foot of your bed to sing the thing.
.. I'll be downloading this for sure.

In your opinion. My opinion is that I find that many of their songs are boring and that they have the effect of putting me to sleep.

They do have some good and some interesting songs, however. In my eyes they're not crap, but they're not the first thing I reach for.

I'm curious as to what direction this new album goes in.

Of course it's my opinion. Music is probably the most subjective medium, it's pretty much all opinion.

I am tremendously excited, yet slightly horrified just to see what direction they took with this album. You never know with Radiohead haha.

I paid 14 for the Wav download. There was an MP3 download as well that was cheaper, but not sure how much cheaper.

I really like this band. Through the 90's and even until now I didn't do a good job of keeping up with music. My wife and I saw them on one of those music channels, playing various songs. I heard No Surprises and was very impressed.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

The advantages of running your own show. I knew it was coming, but no idea when until the other day.

In Rainbows was their best album, which is saying something. Cannot wait for this and the tour!

I'm still partial to The Bends. But In Rainbows was definitely excellent. Looking forward to hearing what they've come up with here. You never know with this band...

Your screen name is my middle name . In Rainbows was definately one of their best, but it's hard to say it's better than The Bends, OK Computer, or Kid A. Each one had such a different feel and atmosphere about it. That's why I love this group so much. Hard to rank their albums but I would say the three I listed and In Rainbows are easily their best.
