Guess they chose someone else, even though fans wanted her. Or maybe she was busy with something else, who knows.

When I watched the seeker I always thought she would have made a great WW. WW's outfit is such a tough sell it's hard to pull it off without going straight campy.

That outfit is terrible. I think it's the pants... they just done fit right. I guess I understand not wanting to do the whole swimsuit type bottoms look, but SURELY they could have done better than that.. It looks homemade lol.

Sucks for Adrianne Palicki, though. Every report I've read said her acting was good, but it was basically David E. Kelly being David E. Kelly that ultimately doomed the project.

It was doomed to fail anyway, so it's a good thing it won't air at all. Sucks for the people who were hoping to make a living off of the show, but hopefully they'll find something else.

You know things are bad for your project when NBC of all networks decline the pilot. I had a feeling that having someone like David E. Kelley helming this that it would be bound for failure. Kelley's good at what he does but he doesn't jibe at all with a comic book property.

I just don't see how this show would have worked. To me you have to dig deeper with these characters and really get into who they are. That's the kind of TV that is being watched right now. Maybe a movie would work, but again, you have to really spend time in developing a character.

It sort of reminds me of The Bionic Woman attempt and even Knight Rider. These shows have to be less shallow and stop relying on sentiment or past successes. Seriously, did anyone really think a Wonder Woman TV show would go multiple seasons?

Well speaking to the Knight Rider part, that was doomed almost from the beginning because the car wasn't sleek, the tech looked too sterile and the voice of KITT was all wrong. The other problem and this is what plagued Team Knight Rider as well is that the producers went away from the core concept. Knight Rider is basically "Lone Ranger with a car" but the producers went with a team concept that thwarted any kind of chemistry between the driver and his car.
