Best Verizon Phone that doesn't require a data plan

My wife needs a new phone and I'm having a tough time finding decent ones that don't require a data plan of some sort.

I'm trying to find one that has MP3/Phone/Texting capabilities. Beyond that everything else is a plus.

I'm not too concerned if they are no longer available as I can find just about any of the older models on ebay (new in box), but want to make sure that I get her as good of one as I can.
