ABC will air new episodes on Sundays.

Sophomore comedies Happy Endings and Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 will return two days earlier than previously announced, with original episodes returning Sunday, Jan. 6, at 10 p.m., replacing the outgoing supernatural drama 666 Park Avenue.
Both comedies will also air new episodes in that hour on Jan. 13 and Jan. 20.

It's not a move to Sunday, there will still be new episodes on Tuesdays of those weeks.

Nice! I've enjoyed this season a lot. Hip Hop Santa and Boyz II Menorah have been some of my favorite moments of the entire series.

Why is it bad, though? From what I just read it sounds like they're doing that to get as many episodes aired before Dancing With The Stars takes that Tuesday time slot back at the end of March.

Unless it's a sign that it won't get renewed for a 4th season.

A network trying to purge through a season is never a good sign from what I can remember. Usually in these cases they want to air what they have and move on from it entirely asap.
