    Fright Night(Remake)

    Coming in August..........

Being a big fan of the original, I am actually impressed with what I see so far.

I was a big fan of the original as well and I'm looking forward to the release of this one. It looks pretty good from the trailer. Any word on whether or not William Ragsdale or anyone else from the original has a cameo?

I thought the original was very campy, but this might have some merit, at least as a rental.

I grew up on all of those campy 80s horror flicks so I'm partial to them. I do enjoy some of the modern horror movies, but there are just some elements from the older ones that are missing in today's.

Agreed.......The original never took itself seriously at all, and that's what made it fun to watch. It never tried to be something it wasn't, and if it had, it would have been a disaster.

As far as the modern horror flicks, I have enjoyed quite a few of them.....but they do not have the same feeling of the 80's/early 90's movies.

Fright Night hits theater's tonight @ midnite. The wife & I are doing the midnite showing in our area. Movie is getting good reviews over @ RT (71%) so far.

Loved the original. Looking forward to this version

Just finished watching with the wife. Really enjoyable remake that stays pretty true to it's original.

If you enjoyed the original, you'll enjoy this-1 also.

Now Sony needs to get the Blu-ray out for both 1 and 2 already.

From what I can recall, 2 wasn't as good.....but still entertaining.
