Best sites/deals for laptops

I'm in the market for a laptop. Doesn't need to be fancy, it's not for gaming. I don't need it until the end of August, so I can take some time to look around for a good deal, but if I find a good deal, I would like to get it sooner rather than later, because my current computer has all sorts of issues. Any sites I should be checking besides the obvious ones likes best buy?

Is this a good price for this laptop? I don`t need my computer to do much mostly surf the web and write some papers for school. I don`t game on on the computer at all. Thanks for any feedback
