    Individually? Absolutely.

All together? Not in the least.

Individually, I have a reason to detest each and every one of those people. But put them all together and it creates a universe in which you can't help but play favorites. For instance, Mike is easily my favorite character on the show, but would I like a guy like him in real life? Absolutely not! In fact, I would do my damnedest to steer clear of a guy like him.

You forgot Holly - the audacity to be born while her dad was scrambling to deliver a payload of illegal meth.

The likability in the characters is their growth. Overcoming failure and insurmountable odds.

Jesse and Walt are likable BECAUSE of their so flawed.

Skylar is a bitch and a bad actress though.

Actually, because you think Anna Gunn's character, Skylar, is a bitch, it probably means she is a good actress.

In all of the exit interviews/postmortems, the show's creator, Vince Gilligan, always praises what a good job Anna Gunn does with the character Skylar.

Saul and Mike are my favs...I was skeptical of Bob Odenkirk at first since he was on Mr. Show with David Cross but he's a nice balance to the show

I agree. I think she's done a terrific job. The character is supposed to be mindnumbingly annoying and overly "proper" and bitchy. She nails it perfectly.

Also, sorry if this seems like I am picking on you, that is not my intention. BUT, I think you have your rationale a bit backwards. These characters aren't growing, they're becoming more despicable. Unless you are considering Walt's evolution into the meth kingpin in New Mexico, growth.

I "like" these characters because I like the premise of the show. As has been repeated ad nauseum, the point of this show has been the degradation of "Mr. Chips" to "Scarface". The show's creator has a stated goal of wanting people to feel uncomfortable if they start rooting for any of these characters because they have all done something inherently bad, save Walt Jr.

I think your right...I was referring to Jesse specifically. It's funny hes the drug addicted drop out and the most moral character on the show.

Exactly. How crazy is it that Jesse has become the show's "moral compass". As Vince Gilligan pointed out, when Jesse confronts Walt after he thinks Walt used the ricin on Brock, he was right the entire time (except that Walt used Lily of the Valley instead of ricin).

Pretty much sums up my feelings dead on. I absolutely love this show, but to not see the flaws in each and every character is pure blindness. Like you said, other than the two kids every single person on the show is pretty much a bad person to the bone. Some may not have been that way from the start of the series, but they all have ended up there at some point.
