Back in 1994 I was out of town with my cousins and had been seeing constant commercials for some movie called The Crow. Now I have been an avid comic book fan and collector since early 80s ( showing the age here!) and honestly couldn't remember hearing about any of my fellow comic aficionado's speak of the character, so with that being said fast forward many years later I see the trailers and realized it was a Brandon Lee movie. Let's just say after seeing this masterpiece like everyone else I fell in love with the character.
Now here it is 2011 and after 3 failed sequels and a pretty decent TV show of the movie Hollywood is planning on a "reboot" ( I'm sure most of you already knew this already so bear with me here) starring Bradley Cooper( from The Hangover 1@2, Limitless fame) and just like everyone else who heard the news felt all kinds of emotion at this news. Some people probably feel betrayed,angry, disgusted, etc...at the sound of such blasphemy! I know cause I am one of them. But I digress, is it time for another Crow movie? I say yes? Should it be rebooted and star someone that is known for being a wise @ss? I think no. No offense, but I would rather see Jack Black in the Crow 5 than this guy as Eric Draven.
I may be wrong in my assessment of the acting caliber of Mr. Cooper, but what I have see of him so far doesn't scream goth, martial arts, or emotional.That's my 3bitz, want to know what the boards think.
