The feeds and BBAD really blur the lines. The OS rule on Spoilers has always been what ever has aired on TV is fair game. BBAD is on TV every night but most people don't watch it.

It's also hard to discuss the show when you have some people that follow most of the feeds/BBAD and people that only watch on CBS.

I sometimes have issues with the CBS edit. A perfect example is Jeff. He gets the All-American Male Nice Guy edit but he's not always this person inside the house.

Yeah I haven't been posting here specifically because I watch BBAD, it was just a moment that I wasn't thinking, watching BBAD on TV and browsing here at the same time. Mea culpa.

Anyway, I never watched BBAD before, but with this season I am really seeing the major editing and even hints of producer interference. I must say though that BBAD is more often than not much more entertaining than the edited CBS broadcasts, but that might be because this season is a bit blander than usual.

The edits are always like that, Jeff is definitely edited. BBAD is hit or miss. It just depends on what they are doing. In the past I have recorded some of it, but I usually just ended up fast forwarding through most of it.


As for the game, CBS set it up so that the all-stars would stay in the game as long as possible. The whole couples keeps 1 of them in the game, the challenges with couples helps them, etc. You have a partner who you can trust while the others don't know their partner and are even trying to sabotage their partner. Look how the first Veto was a couple challenge and then CBS quickly made the second one an individual one because people threw it.

I've never liked the way CBS has control over the game and can shape it how they see fit. Look at most of the HOH challenges and CBS never saying how many questions there are. They also can choose challenges to help improve the chance the person they want wins. They can change the rules at anytime they want. They need to lay the rules out online somewhere, they don't have to tell the players though.

Dani won Hoh!!!!

Now I'm finally going to get the Rachel meltdown. Dani and Kalia were the last 2 and Kalai dropped so Dani could win. I know some people will say Dani should have dropped and let Kalia have HoH so she could compete next week, but I wouldn't want to give up the power and satisfaction of booting out a veteran. It looks like Brenchal will be nominated. I hope this doesn't change because I feel like if Jordan or Jeff get booted, they will come back the following week. It's pretty obvious the Chebot is going to announce an evicted player will return to the game.

Of course Dani won HoH... that type of game is custom made for someone of her body type. As soon as I saw that was the competition on Thursday I said to the ppl I was watching with that there was no doubt Dani was going to take it (and everyone pretty much agreed lol).

Thats one of the things I hate about this game, the produces control so much of the outcome of the game. They wanted Dani to win this week, because it's good for ratings, so they went out and put her in the best position to do so.

Now don't get me wrong, I was rooting for her this week, but as soon as I saw the competition it just felt so scripted.

I just wish they would come out with a list of all the competitions ahead of time. Tell us at the start of the season what to expect for each HOH/Veto/Food comp, will it be endurance, a quiz, more athletic? But that will never happen because then the producers wouldn't be able to influence the game as much.

I was pissed too. People have internet and other news channels (and if not, there is the nightly news) that they could have gotten this info from. They should have just interrupted the commercials, but oh no they can't do that.

I missed the nominations because I was recording it, so I'll have to wait for CBS to put it up to see the end.

I was at my sisters on Friday night and flipped on Big Brother After Dark (I don't have Showtime at my house) and saw Lawon walking around in the HOH robe and thought "you've got to be kidding me... no way he won!"

Sure enough, I had to watch a little more after that until I could confirm he was just wearing it but hadn't actually won HoH lol

Don't know why I never thought of that...

Usually when I know it's running late due to what ever sporting event is on that weekend, I usually just record the following show...however when the president shows up unannounced, I'm screwed...time to make the change.

2.) This is a combo. Brendan and Rachel, I do not care that they are in love. The way they act when they win or lose. They are horrible people. They came on this season to change the way people viewed them, well it worked! I think even less of them now!
3.) My wife will hate me for this...Jeff. This racist individual is edited so America will love him. The person I see on after dark, is not the person BB portraits.

How many racist things has Jeff actually said? I am willing to bet not anymore then the average person says. Although the average person is not on TV being taped and will never admit they ever say the same things Jeff has said.
