That's not exactly what it does. This isn't facebook, you don't post on other peoples walls the same way. When you post something to your own stream you can select which circles can view it. When you comment on somebody else's stream you can not choose who sees it. What ever circles the original post was set to, those are the people who will see your comment.

So if you cheese it up on some chicks stream, everyone included in the original post will see your cheese.

Sounds neat, I wish they would let more ppl sign up, I'm on a waiting list

The Google+ app require iOS4.0 because I have a first gen iPod touch (can't update past 3.0) and it doesn't appear on the app store on my touch?

Google+ doesn't support iPod Touch or iPad yet, but they say they are working on it.
