Re: ESPN 30 for 30 Returns this Fall
I don't watch much ESPN, unless it's football or basketball season.
This time of year, I hardly ever turn it on.
I'm interested to watch the AU/UA one. Like everyone else, tennis and horse racing doesn't interest me and I'll skip those.Comment

Its only because the nation already knows about "The Game". Its been on ESPN and HBO. Im glad to see that ESPN is going to start talking about some of the little less know rivalries.Comment

I am excited for all of these but most excited about Roll Tide/War Eagle and Unguarded. I remember when Chris Herren was at Fresno State. Fox Sports Net did a documentary on Fresno State when Tarkanian was there.Comment

Re: ESPN 30 for 30 Returns this Fall
Honestly, that's pretty accurate.
I watch ESPN throughout the CFB and NFL season and then through the NBA season, then I'm done with it. I don't see why that's so hard for you to believe or maybe you do believe it and find something funny about it that I don't. I get my news from alternate sources on the internet, 'til it gets time for football season again. It's a boring time for sports if you don't care for baseball. I follow recruiting and such on the internet.Comment

Before I started liking baseball, I didn't watch ESPN in July or August unless it was the CFB and/or NFL shows.Originally posted by MoJust once I'd like to be the one they call a jerk off.Originally posted by MoYou underestimate my lazinessOriginally posted by Mo**** ya

I'll be watching all of these. I just finished up Volume 1 of 30 for 30 and will be starting Volume 2 soon. I've loved them so far. Even if I'm not interested in horse racing and tennis I still find the documentaries compelling.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Agreed. The stories go beyond the sport. It's not like you're actually watching tennis matches and horse races. I feel like I'd be missing out by writing them off due to what sport the subjects of the stories are involved in.Comment

I specifically said I only watch it during football and basketball season and this time of year, I hardly turn it on. I don't recall saying I never watch it, just that I only watch it certain times of the year. Either way, this is a pointless argument and has nothing to do with the thread. I just don't see what you're trying to prove.Comment
