RIP! I grew up on the Police Academy movies so this is a sad one for me.

I remember how shocked I was when I found out a few years ago that David Graf (Tackleberry) had died a while back also. He was only 50 when he passed.

Shocked-I was a huge Baltimore Colt fan before and after Smith left the team. He was a key contributor to some of the great Baltimore defenses of the late 60's and early 70's.

Never understood his reluctance to not wear his only Super Bowl ring when Baltimore beat Dallas in SB#5. "Because it was seen as a "sloppy" game" was pretty lame. Who cares-we won!!

Never saw him play on the field. But, Police Academy was the first R rated movie I saw in a theater when I was about 8. R.I.P.

dang i didnt know tackleberry died already too. sad that 2 outa 3 of my fav characters in police academy are dead. had to go check to make sure michael winslow was still alive real quick
