Has anyone ever fixed their own headphones, or do you do what I've always done - go buy some other cheap ones again. Keep in mind, these were only about 24 bucks.

Repairing your own headphones?
Hi, I have some awesome looking skull candy headphones, and they are breaking out on me. In one ear I can hear the audio, but not in the other. I narrowed the issue down to the 3.5mm jack. You know where the 3.5mm jack is at, where the cord comes out? Well, if you bend it, you may get to hear out of both ear buds, but if you wiggle it the other way, it goes back out.

Skull Candy has a lifetime warranty. You have to pay for shipping but you can replace them with the same kind that are broken or have the option of upgrading/downgrading. I've done it once and it works well, you just have to wait a bit of time.Comment
