I was trying to find a thread about this guy and couldn't, so I assume he's not that well known. He used to be a guitarist on some bands (such as Pulp)...but I never really heard about him until one day in 2005 or 2006 a co-worker brought one of his CD's with magical music...

I would say that his style is kind of 60's-70's...sounds old-school to me. I find many of his songs Simply amazing. His voice is really pleasant, in my opinion.

I see some of these videos won't play...oh well, I'd say it's still worth the effort going on Youtube and finding it if you like this style.

Very cinematic...

Reminds me a little of The Divine Comedy, Scott Walker, etc...
