Re: ATTN Experts: HDMI Advice
I'm no expert, but I dont think it matters. Just get the cheapest one you can find. I've gotten them off amazon for $3.Comment

Re: ATTN Experts: HDMI Advice
Only time I'd pay a little more is if I needed a HDMI cable with a flexible head to fit in a tight space like this: <img src=http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/412McGzoSuL._SL500_AA300_.jpg>
still under $9: http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-H...3358176&sr=8-3Comment

Re: ATTN Experts: HDMI Advice
Love this review:
I bought this HDMI cable around Christmas time. Even though I just had a small 20-inch vacuum tube television and VCR-laserdisc combo player, my favorites immediately were up-converted to High Definition. I've honestly never seen Mulan like that before. Now I don't have to imagine what it would have been like to face the Huns - I can experience it every Thursday night in the comfort of my own home.
After inviting a few neighbors over to verify what I was seeing (I'm a skeptic at heart), me and my TV experience became the talk of the block. Women started dropping off fresh-baked cookies just to see the picture quality. Men volunteered to mow my lawn or smoke brisket. My life at home has been transformed. I finally feel like I have a place where I belong.
Thankfully, things carried over to work as well. When my boss heard that I spent $1,000 on something as inconsequential as a video cable, he knew I must have the sort of business savvy needed to expand our sales office. I was immediately offered a position as President of Metropolitan Sales at four times my previous salary, with stock options! I can't even begin to tell you how many sales I have made just by mentioning I spent $1,000 on an HDMI cable. I'll just put it this way: I now own a 56-foot yacht called "Cable Cing" (get it? "Cing" like "King"!).
My advice is simple: spending $1,000 on your mortgage, college education, retirement fund, or some boring investment is SOOOO short sighted. Make a decision for the rest of your life. Buy. This. Cable. IMMEDIATELY.
What's great about it: Made out of silver!
What's not so great: Tough to manage newfound wealthComment

Re: ATTN Experts: HDMI Advice
Oh man I need me one of these cables. I better take out a loan and get two while I'm at it.
In all seriousness though HDMI is digital and digital is digital whether it costs .01$ or 1,000,000$. But I mean come on, if you're gonna buy something why not go for the flair.NFL: Green Bay Packers
