    Emmy awards

I usually don't care about award shows, but TV shows are my thing.

Awesome to see Kyle Chandler(Friday Night Lights) win best leading actor in a drama series. For the past few years it's been I think Brian Cranston. I read in Playboy that Breaking Bad started to late for it to be nominated and Jon Hamm winning from Mad Men was a lock.

I really wanna watch Boardwalk Empire now.

Its a shame that Carell didn't win lead actor for comedy, he was gold all season especially in his last episode.

I don't usually watch these things as well. I DVR'ed it.

2 Things. It was nice to see Friday Night lights get some Love, and Nice to see Margo Martindale get an emmy. She was awesome in Justified IMO.

Really pleased that Melissa McCarthy won last night. The wife and I love Mike & Molly.

Friday Night Lights got a lot of love from the audience. Anytime it was mentioned, the crowd really roared. The only other show to receive that same attention was Modern Family.

Maybe I need to check out Friday Night Lights.

Wasn't aware he's never won an Emmy for his portrayal of Michael Scott, even more of a shame.

Also, I don't know the woman's name though I've seen her in everything and she's a phenomenal actress - she won for Justified - but man, spoiler show with her comments.

Surprised Julianna Margulies won for The Good Wife again, especially beating out the likes of Glen Close, Elisabeth Moss, and Kyra Sedgwick. No complaints for me as The Good Wife is one of my favorite shows.

I was surprised to, but not shocked. I think if they had a most creative then they would win.

Yeah that was a damn shame. I would say that Carell, Louis CK, and Alec Baldwin are all clearly better than Jim Parsons for that award.

Carell never won for that show, and he was excellent, especially in this last season.

How can a show that went from winning several major awards go to not having even a nomination. Walt is pissed.

                            He should have won it.

A little irrelevant but it surprised me to find out that Andy Griffith was never even nominated for his 17 years of work on The Andy Griffith show and Matlock.

It will be nominated next year.

The first three seasons were run during the Spring which made it eligible for the current year's Emmy.

This current season is running in the Summer which only makes it eligible for next year's Emmy.
