i prefer the setup of this to idol. i like the auditions being in front of a full house, gets rid of the people who show up with stage fright right off the bat...

Some guy exposed himself during his performance last night? These singing shows must really be desperate for ratings.

Just caught up with all the episodes and I think its been great, thought the group performances have been better than AI ever had.

Really like the concept so far. I guess Rihanna and Mariah Carey are going to be guest mentors when the contestants go to the judges homes.

Some of my favorites so far are:

            Chris Rene
            Tim Cifers
LeRoy Bell (He looks incredible for 59 years old!)
            Melanie Amaro
            Josh Krajcik
            Drew Ryniewicz

I thought the performances at judges houses were really nice. Simon's house is so pimp, performing on his deck and right by his pool was an amazing setting.

I honestly like it better than AI now. I think having the judges involved also competing with the other judges puts another dynamic on the show.

I really like all the people you like Liverpool. Leroy Bell needs to share his secret, he looks like he's in his late 30's. Even for being really cocky, i'm feeling Brian Bradley. I think he's entertaining and is rooted to old school hip hop.

Not really feeling any of the groups though. I thought it was a good idea to put those four girls in one group but they need more time with each other. Really impressed with the young girls in Drew Ryniewicz and Rachel Crow as well.

His personality is nothing like Randy's, though.. very dry and boring.
I thought that was Randy with weight loss

                Anyhow, do not watch it.

To me it is still AI, just a name change to keep ones hooked... but more reality show drama of staying at places, and a few minor tweaks.

That young girl (14yo?) sure does have some pipes though... best singer on there I think. Caught her singing "If I was a boy" when I visited my mom last week. And wow!

What a terrible attitude by Astro last night. I'm sure he's done next week. He'll definitely get less votes next week than he did this week after last night.

If his mom says what she needs to, I'm positive he can beat a couple of the acts in the "sing"-off still.

That's if he gets to a sing off. I hear next week is a double elimination. The bottom vote getter is automatically out and the second and 3rd worst vote getters go to a sing-off.

I agree with the attitude of Astro. His age really came out. Dude was cocky from the get go. He is going to be gone sooner than later.

I agree, bad attitude. I hope he apologies next week. he's my favorite contestant but was disappointed the way he acted. He's very intelligent, but he's still a kid that can learn from this.

Astro is by far my favorite on that show. He has a lot of work to do though to get back to where he was. I was very shocked he was in that position though. This show has been fun to watch and is WAY better than AI.

I didn't watch the whole season but I did catch the finale.

Steve Blake on stage with Yayo and 50 Cent...

The show averaged around 10 million viewers which is good but it's as good as American Idol. I would remove Nicole as a judge and probably get rid of Steve Jones. I don't like the fact the show is way over-produced. The contestants had backup dancers, crazy lights, etc.... almost the whole season.

Leona Lewis is the best to ever come out of these singing competitons. That version of run was great.
I thought for sure these shows were over prduced and hated the bickering between the judges. Got annoying quick. I thought the talent was really good though and there wasnt really bad performance.
