Has anyone watched his show on ESPN2? It airs at 4 EST. Good gosh it is HORRIBLE!!! He sits on a kitchen set with his dad and talks about various topics. His dad reads a question and then an awkward camera cut takes you to a close up of Le Betard who proceeds to try and give a witty analysis of the question. There are more visible camera cuts while he is talking where they edited the tape. It just looks like a show that was taped in a college TV studio by students. I can't imagine this show lasting long on ESPN. After watching ten minutes I'm surprised it even made it on-air.

I enjoy it but then again I live in South Florida and LeBatard seems like a highly acquired taste for most people. I don't mind the choppy amateurish aspect of it since it's radically different from all the other ESPN talk shows with lcd screens and fancy graphics and stuff, I especially like the interaction with his Dad. I greatly enjoy LeBatard and his various outlets whether its radio, print, or now his own tv show. His radio program is the only sports radio I can stand to listen to.As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. Dan's radio show, in my opinion, is the best sports talk radio show on radio right now. When he has his dad (Gonzo) on, it's always comical.
The show is okay, still working out all the bugs. But his radio show is excellent.Comment

I used to HATE reading his blog posts... he is to Miami Dolphins as Shaughnessy is to the Boston Red Sox...
Sure every team needs the Negative Nancy or two, to maintain balance in writers... but there is a fine line between being a try hard to get that spin, and being too fair weather to want to even read it.

Watched him talk about 4 topics and im done. If they rework it I may give a try later but for now it is a no watch.

Every show on ESPN that is not an actual sporting event sucks. Even then their pre-game and halftime show personalities are all morons who do their best to ruin the actual events.Comment
