It's TI no doubt. He's not the best rapper but he's got some classics and everything he does is solid. Lil Wayne just puts out as much junk as he can and hopes some of it is good. He's got some good songs but about 80% of his stuff is pure crap

I'm torn on this one. I LOVED King and T.I. vs T.I.P., but I think T.I. peaked at that point. Paper Trail and No Mercy were decent, but not near as good as the previous two IMO.

As for Wayne, I love the last two Carter albums and his collaboration work over the past few years. I haven't listened to much of his older stuff though.

All things considered, I have to call it a push.

Not a fan of either. Then again I don't like rap hahah. But personally I consider Lil Wayne to be one of the worst "musical" artists of all time. Just my humble opinion.

I pick Kid Cudi.
But if I had to choose one I would probably pick Lil Wayne. Not a huge fan of either one of them though.

I pick Lil Wayne just because I think he has better songs but definitely makes too many terrible songs just to get the money.

But then again, I would pick the rapper from the 90s Snow over Lil Wayne.

Wayne is a better rapper but i prefer T.I. because he doesn't make up words lol. Wayne when on fire is ON FIRE, however a lot of the stuff he produces now is sort of run of the mill garbage that attracts the masses.

TI on the other hand has completely fallen off. I liked Paper Trail, however i thought No Mercy was forgetful.

In the end, the best rapper out there is the one with the the biggest clock on his neck.....flava flav lmao
