Anyone else watch this? I've been watching it since it started but they just put it on Netflix streaming and it's nuts what some of these people go through and how they survive.

I friggin' LOVE this show.
I've been watching it for a couple of years now. It's some of the very little(VERY) television I watch.
It's amazing the depths of fortitude people have to live....and I like to see that.(I don't like that people are put in or get into these situations).....Seeing people not give up in what seems like impossible situations is kind of inspirational.....I always say to myself...that's a tough a$$ fill in the blank.
In my profession....I've been trained and train to get through some unpleasant circumstances....when I walk out of someplace hackin' and snottin' and slightly toasty....not so impressive.
When I see everyday citizens make it through the things on that show......that's MF'in' impressive. No lie.
My wife.....she hates that show.
It frightens her(she's home alone quite a bit)
She makes me shut it off if she walks into the room.
Especially if I'll be leaving for a night tour that day.

No joke, the stories are truly remarkable. Have you seen the 92 days at sea episode?

If so....yes.
But there are others....just unreal.
Hard to compare for me.
I was looking on netflix for this and can't believe it's 5 seasons. I guess I've been watching that long, because I remember Episode 1 when it aired!
