As far as Steve or Jefferson, I liked them both. It's too bad they didn't have many episodes together, as this one was always one of my favorites...

Good point. God only knows what I've forgotten from the original run.

Amazing my parents let me watch MWC on Sunday nights as a kid, lol.

Anyone know if Netflix has the full episodes? I would assume so.

I think they are uncut on Netflix but I'm not 100% sure.

My favorite episode is when Al and Jefferson are attempting to install the satellite dish and keep falling of the roof!

That would be the two part episode entitled The Hood, the Bud and the Kelly where Bud borrows money from the mob to shoot an exercise video starring Kelly. That episode had Richard Moll (of Night Court fame) in a supporting role and was, indeed, one of the better later season episodes.

Yes Netflix has every episode of every season streaming!

On a side note, I notice the intro is different on Netflix, I thought that perhaps season 1 was different or something but they have a weird intro throughout. Is it because they dont have the rights to the song or something? Its odd, but not having the "Love and marriage..." intro just feels wrong

From what I understand, they were, in fact, unable to retain the rights from Capitol Records. Whether this is a matter of cost, or just a matter of Capitol saying, "No." is not known.

Personally, it doesn't really bother me since you can just skip past the intro on the DVDs. I mean, we have all seen and heard that intro hundreds of times so I don't mind skipping it at all.

I always got a kick out of this series. I think I have the first three on DVD. Funny to think that Peg Bundy is on Sons of Anarchy.

Great series. I don't know how my parents let me watch it.

In a lot of ways, Married...with Children introduced me to a very sexist point of view of the world. But it was damn funny.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer

My fave show of all time, along with the Simpsons. It literally put Fox on the map, long before their crappy reality shows.I only hated the "jump the shark" episodes with Seven.
I always laugh when I hear the original pitched title: "Not the Cosby's"......haha, definitely true!

True story-----I once worked with a guy I nicknamed "Al" because all he did was talk about the perfect game he pitched in high school (and he was a 55 yr old custodian at the time, lol....)

Like you scored 4 touchdowns in 1 game. I wonder how many yards he had in that game?
