My quest for shopping in a Best Buy was a complete debacle. Was in NC, visiting relatives. Got out the trusty GPS and it took me to 2 Best Buys that were completely hidden from human sight. Gave up and drove to a more local Best Buy in SC. At 7PM the line was wrapped around the store with tents everywhere.

Said screw that and ordered a 23" HP LED monitor for $130 shipped (after taxes, $119 before) from Best Buy's website. Was slightly more than I wanted to pay.

Then, this morning I checked slickdeals.net and found a 23" Acer LCD monitor for $80 shipped after getting a $25 off $75 coupon online. Staples.com by the way (would have been $20 less even without the coupon)

The HP is going back to Best Buy when it arrives.

Also got a new Garmin nuvii GPS from Staples.com for $70 shipped after the $25 off $75 coupon was applied.

Went back to Wally World this morning(8AM) to pick on the carcases that was left from the feast the night before.

Got Justified and Six Feet Under season/s 1 for 10 bucks each. Pulp Fiction Blu for $5 and Easy A for $10.

They had plenty of those $49 LG blu ray players and 32 inch Samsung TV's($278)

Got Justified and Six Feet Under season/s 1 for 10 bucks each. Pulp Fiction Blu for $5 and Easy A for $10.

They had plenty of those $49 LG blu ray players and 32 inch Samsung TV's($278)

I went in Walmart after the blood bath. Was completely quiet. Ended up getting Spartacus Season 1 (DVD) and Xmen 1 and 2 (blu rays).

Wanted to get a set of tires for my car, but of course they don't have any that fit it. Will be calling around today to try and find a deal on 4 tires.

I actually went to Walmart which I said I wouldn't do and it was a madhouse. Went back to the electronic section and had an employee get me inFamous 2 and Heavy Rain directors cut out of the case and was out of the store in 5 minutes.

Got those 2 and Uncharted 3 & Arkham City online for right at $100 total. Pretty good, IMO. Caught myself up on all the games I hadn't picked up yet.

Sent bunch of BS about how they didn't have control over their servers and they are sorry and pretty much nothing that they could do. I'm calling corporate to complain. Because I called them at 1230,130, and 230 and was given bs answers all night.

Man, I was unable to get my hands on Uncharted 3 last night...it was like being in a jungle full of wild animals out there. Its crazy how people go insane when there is a big sale going on. I'm not even going to try to go to Wally World today...I might end up in jail lol.

Well I tried to jump on the XBOX 360 w/ Kinect lighting deal on Amazon. I clicked it as soon as it went live and after trying to update for about 15 mins it timed out. Now the deal seems to have disappeared. Oh well.

I missed alot of small deals for the HDD I wanted

Since the current one tied to the satellite box (500gb) is almost full, I need another.

I saw a seagate 3tb HDD for 99.00.... SOLD OUT! ugh


I did however get about 2.5tb for less than another hundred so it turned out well... got a pair of earphones for the computer corded since I just got some wireless sennheisers a couple of weeks ago for the game

went to Wally after work..looked like a normal Saturday as long as you didn't need anything unlocked in Electronics. One of my better blu-rays hauls:

Today, we came, we saw and we kicked it's rear.

Last night, and part of this morning, pita.

We went to Target last night, line was around the building in the back. We were on a mission for 10% off Ipod touches. Blocked from making a beeline towards electronics, but my wife slipped through.

Looked for my wife and son down the line. They were way in the back. The closer we got to the front, the customers told us there was only 75 ipod touches. Yuck. We left, went to BB and the line was still outside at 12:30. Double Yuck, struck out, back home we go.

Went to Wallyworld at 11:00 a.m and just like a normal Saturday. Looked for Arkharm City, sold out. mmmmmm. Asked CS if they matched 10% off Target, no, they don't price match %'s or buy 1, get 1 free. Fine.

To BB we go. Not a bad crowd. 7 or 8 Arkham's for 30 bucks. Snatch. Asked about Ipod Touches. $194, will match coupon, 50.00 GC. Score. The only thing is we were discounted at full price vs $194.00. I won't argue over $5.00.

I refuse to go in those lines so i was scoping slickdeals. Found Best Buy selling Assassin's Creed for 35.99 online. Got X-Men 1st Class Blu for 10 bones. so i'm happy.

Looked around for UC3 and Skyrim deals but nothing popped up.
