Tablet Size 7" vs 10" Screen

Hey those of you with tablets, I managed to cop a 7" and 10" Acer Iconia tablet during the black friday sales. I don't plan on keeping both but I wanted to know if anyone has a say on which one you prefer. I'm a big dude (6'2") so i'm leaning towards the 10" but a lot of folks argue the 7" is the perfect size as it's easier to transport.

depends on what you want to use the tablet for
media, and websurfing keep the larger
music and videos keep the smaller easier to transport

10 is easy to transport as well. Seriously it is, once you hold it inside your own house you will be thinking damn, this thing is much smaller then I thought it would be.

Point being......everything in store looks bigger then what it really is. Once you get it out of the store setting, it is much smaller then what most people realize.

keep the bigger one. i had a 7" Nook Color (recently broke) and now have a 10" HP Touchpad. The extra 3" makes a big difference, especially for surfing the web. (You'll also want the bigger keyboard--can't tell you how many times I misspelled stuff on the NC.

The is no real difference in transporting them.

Seriously, it's not like either of them fit in the pocket. For me 10" is ideal.

When I use my netbook, people would find that size discrepancy quite humorous. It was like the tech version of me walking a poodle or Chihuahua down the street.

I already have a phone with a nice size screen and those 7 inchers to me are to small

I have the 10 inch iconia and love it..makes everything better except the amount of space it takes to type lol

It's pretty much a must on my phone. Otherwise I'd be fat fingering every other word. Wondering how it would play out on a bigger screen though

I use swype on my driod x but thats not on the tab...at least as far as I know til now

I can fit my 7 inch fire in my pockets easily. However I dont wear skinny jeans so if that's your style it probably won't fit.

It fits perfectly in my back pocket of my jeans. And with my coat I have no worries at all.

With the 10inch you'll need at least a back pack to carry it in.

backpack? nah, just get a flat case. Its like holding a small book or 2 xbox 360 cases side by side...not big at all
