    Revenge ABC

Wow, can't believe there isn't a thread for this, but this is one of the best shows on television right now.

Emily Van Camp and Madeleine Stowe are killing their roles and the story is great, every week on the edge of your seat! Is no one else watching this?

If not, hop on it! You won't regret it!

I watched the first 7 episodes, but wasn't convinced it would last and didn't want to feel committed to the story.

Anyone know if its been picked up for a second season? I'll probably play catch-up during the summer because I did like it.

Not officially, but all signs point to yes.

The show almost lost me when

but I'm glad I stuck it out. Last night's episode was good, glad it has come back full circle from the premier.

Very addicting show, I like it a lot. Back story is great. It's fast paced, cast is great (Madeline Stowe especially), dialogue is sharp and the lead actress Emily Van Camp is .

Hasn't officially been picked up for S2, those announcements come in May. But pretty much a guarantee it'll get renewed.

I saw that episode and maybe two (?) after. Can't really say for sure how far into it I got. I was also disappointed with that decision and honestly, that's about the time I started to wonder if they'd lose viewers.

It is a great show. The two lead roles are fantastic and the supporting actors are very good as well. It's like a rollercoaster ride every week. Easily one of the best shows on network TV along with Person of Interest.

Hmm, now I want to catch up. Last one I saw was Ep 8: Treachery. I believe that's the one where "Amanda" shows up at Jack's bar after being sent off by Emily.

That's where everything starts to get REALLY intense. The "Amanda" and Jack storyline is a huge piece.

So I decided to start watching again and I don't know why I ever stopped. Nearly all caught up. Just one episode behind.

Just watched the episode where the opening scene of the series is finally played out to completion. Not sure how I didn't see that coming at the end. Should have.

In fact, they've already planned season 3. Watching this show, I don't expect any less. It always feels like the creators laid out the entire series and presented that to ABC.

Now, that usually has to happen, but not to great detail. Most just have a series bible that explains the shows plans. With Revenge, it seems they plotted every single subplot well in advance. They are simply writing what they already know and I think because of that, they are providing much more intriguing dialogue.

Dialogue is always amazing when you can tell the writers know how someone's words will bite them later.

I'm always telling the lady about shows I watch and last night I had no way to explain the show but to say it's a very good drama soap opera and probably my only television guilty pleasure (to which she responded: "Like Jersey Shore is for me?" I stared blankly at her in disapproval).
