Works great for me. I used to use Tune Nabber, but that thing is so buggy and you get a limit of songs to convert.
Listen to Youtube has no limits and converts 80% of songs the first time you try to convert them. If a song doesn't convert the first time, try it again in a few hours and it will convert fine.
Of course it's free too.Comment
