Headphone Amps

My situation is this: Trying to use headphones plugged into a Sony blu ray player via Line Out (RCA to stereo). Connection works but it's barely above a whisper.
Anybody have any recommendations in the $30 or under price range? I'm not looking for much more than higher volume.

Been looking at the Fiio 3, 5, and 6. Would I be fine with the 3?

I have the 5 and it works great. I use it primarily with my tablet or laptop when I'm traveling. I do use the e7 as my main one on my computer or when I'm at home but I think the 5 or the 6 will work great plus you can use it on the go with your cell phone/mp3 player for better sound.

+1 on using the E5. I have one and used to use it sometimes when I DJ.
