    He looked pretty bad the last few new years eve's.

              Funny you should say that. For years he was known as the guy who looked much younger than he was.

              He was almost unrecognizable his last few years.

                  Very sad.

                  That stroke did a number on him in 2004.

                  It was hard seeing him and hearing him during the "New Years" Countdown this year.

                        I actually met Dick Clark once, very nice man. It was so sad to see how badly he was affected by his stroke but you gotta admire the man for getting back on that stage.

                          Awesome guy, probably the definition of an "American".

                          I actually thought he looked better this past NYE than the couple years prior. And he still looked way younger than 82 regardless.
