    Internet keeps cuttting off

I have a Netgear N300 wireless usb adapter and an Acer desktop w/ Windows 7. I just installed this adapter onto this computer last night, and since every now and then it disconnects from the internet. It'll still stay connected to our router, but says I have no internet access. Funny thing is all I have to do is disconnect and then reconnect to the connection and boom the internet comes back on for a little while and then goes back out.

Every now and then I get a message saying "this computer has the same ip address as another computer" (There are 5 people living here so it's no hacker or anything). I have done some googling and a lot of people say do (Windows key + R > Run cmd > ipconfig/renew) to renew the address and give me a new one. Well 15-20 minutes later I got disconnected again with the same message. I've tried tinkering with the connections via changing the settings in properties and what not but no dice.

I have a gut feeling it's my 360, which is connected to to the PC using an Ethernet cable, I rebridged the connections and still no results.

If anyone has any ideas or can give me some trouble shooting that would be cool.

So the Xbox is connected directly to the PC, which is then connecting to your router through a USB wireless adapter?

First, does the PC's connection work properly when the Xbox is disconnected.

Second, why do it like that?

If a mod could close this I figured the problem out..

That's just the first way I learned how to do it and never bothered learning any other ways.
