Little disappointed the wrapped the Jessica-Daniel thing in one episode, I feel like they should have ended this part of the season with more in limbo as far as that goes, its just too convenient that they start off one way and everything right away falls into place where 2 days later they are back.

With that being said I liked everything else, Luis treating Harvey like Harvey treated him was classic.

I liked Daniel getting his comeuppance, especially considering it was somewhat in doubt. Mike's bluff could have backfired. I want to see some resolution at season or "summer season's" end. A good cliffhanger has been provided with Mike and Rachel.

Not sure why Daniel is implying that Harvey wants the keys to the kingdom. Is there some truth to it? Regardless, Jessica will become suspicious in the 6 episode "winter season".

Nice expression by Harvey after Mike drops the Shawshank Redemption line.

Agreed...

I love the show, but that scene in the boardroom kind of stretched the "credibility" of an already "credibility stretched" series...

When Jessica says something about "this room full of Harvard educated lawyers", it would seem at least one of those geniuses would have at least opened the file folder that Mike (whom I doubt any of them know) threw down to see the document for themselves...

At least a few of them had to have voted for Hardman in the earlier vote and would be skeptical...

Would have preferred the power struggle as the "cliffhanger" as opposed to the Mike / Rachel thing...

The "will they / won't they" relationship thing is as old as Moonlighting / Cheers...but it's still a go to staple of these shows for some reason...

Oh well, it's TV...close enough for me, considering all that the show offers, overall...

The "some reason" is it sometimes works. Sexual tension is an effective device for drama, comedy and "in between" shows. In the case of Cheers the Sam/Diane "tug of romance" was as important as the humor.

Time to move on(IMO)-The Daniel Hardman arc had plenty of time in the spotlight. There is no need to drag it into season 2B.

It's not about what's in the folder, all they had to do was read Hardman. If Hardman isn't going to say bull**** and tear into that folder to prove it was all just lies, then why should they?

Oh, yeah I get it...just seems like a pretty uninspired path for a show that's been pretty unique so far...

The Mike / Rachel thing is such a "given" on the show, that's it's not really season ending cliffhanger material to me...

I still think that the ego's of said partner's would mean that SOMEONE would have to see it for themselves...if for no other reason, than "knowledge is power" going forward...

And...those characters aren't really part of the larger plot, anyway...so...

Mostly, it'll be fun to see Louis have to back peddle from the total d*ck he was leading up to the final "coup"...

And lastly, Donna is right...her brain is busy being "awesome"...she has the best "pull quotes" as of late...

i think the protagonist going forward is going to be Luis anyway. No ones on his side and he probably feels he has nothing to lose.

Maybe, but Louis seems destined to turn over a new leaf-he's mostly good. Will it be sooner than later?

I think Louis always has to be that sad little thorn in Harvey's, and by extension Mike's, side, the show just wouldn't be the same otherwise. So something bigger has to come along at some point, you can only take Louis so far as the antagonist before you force the plot to push him out.
