Love QT movies-not sure what to think of this but I will see it.

Notes of interest:

Film shot on $20 million budget.
Filmed from December 2010 to March 2011.
Shot entirely in China.
Less than two days till debut, filming completed almost two years ago, but no reviews.

I want to see this, but November is looking busy.

Also, this is RZA's baby. QT had very minimal involvement (if any) other than getting this into the right hands to release this thing on a wide-scale. Think Jet Li's Hero.

Sadly though QT will get all the credit, not RZA. On a national level, most people don't even know who RZA is.

First review posted on Rotten Tomato came back fresh.

The Man with the Iron Fists is a visually glorious mix of violent chop suey, Blaxploitation and spaghetti western conventions, played to a hip-hop beat as only RZA could do.

Honestly every review coming back rotten wouldn't stop me from seeing this over the weekend. Good to see a positive review though.

It's the other way around, RZA directed the film, Tarantino probably just put up some money, but people will think its a Tarantino film because his name is on it.
