Dan also has to worry about the other three people in the house, he has to make it to final 2 AND keep two of those jury votes as well, if Dan votes for Joe what could he possibly say as an excuse that doesn't make him look like he's pandering for votes? His better gambit would be to tell Frank Jenn sold him out before or right after the vote, just tell him so he can't talk to Jenn about it. Frank would believe it because he's a gullible tool, and everybody else but Jenn would be cool. Either that or go to Frank and say he's boned and he has to vote against him to secure a better position with the rest of the house, but he fought for him as hard as he could but Shane and Danielle wouldn't budge.

At this point, I can't picture Dan not being in the final 2. I also see the jury giving him more votes against any other player. I don't put a lot of stock in the exit interviews, especially when someone appears to be pretty upset. Based on tonight's exit interview, you got the impression he wouldn't vote for Dan in the end, but once he has time to calm down, I think he would vote for Dan.

Dan is putting on a BB clinic. He loves to mention how he was loyal to Memphis during his season and that's why whoever he is talking to should trust him.

I wonder if he tried to boot Ian tonight. I think Ian is Dan's biggest threat in the house and I'm not sure if he just put him up as a pawn tonight. If Ian doesn't win HoH, I think Dan is going to do everything he can to get him out of the house.

He definitely put up Ian to boot him, as he should since Ian is the only one in the house that would have done enough to challenge Dan in a final 2.

If Jenn had won the POV last night, she could have taken Joe off the block and both would have been safe. Dan would have then had to put up Dani or Shane, thus giving Jenn and Joe the power to choose. Personally, I see Shane and Dani in the final two. Unless Dan wins POV this week, I assume he goes home.

Seriously, I can't picture how he doesn't go home if he doesn't win the POV this week. With only 5 people left, its far too easy to backdoor the best player at this point in the game, and Dan is clearly the best player left.

It doesn't take a genius this late in the game to figure out who you want to take to the finals that you can beat and who you need to give the boot to. And right now, the only player it makes any sense for, to keep Dan in the game, is Jenn (and thats only because she's the weakest of the remaining players and probably doesn't beat anyone in the finals. So her best bet is to play for 2nd and try and attach herself to Dan and get him to take her).

Of course, she's delusional and probably thinks she has a legit shot to win it all, which just means that even though it makes sense from the outside looking in, she probably doesn't see it that way. In which case, there's literally no one with any motive to keep Dan in the game if they have even the slightest bit of sense.

Nothing about that scenario says it ever had a real shot of happening. Jenn win something again? Highly unlikely. More importantly, when did she ever show a desire to align with Joe? Why would those two have teamed up?

Yeah, I get that the only person Jenn would have had a shot to beat in the finals would be Joe, but at no point did she ever give any indication of doing something like this, hence its silly to speculate a scenario like that.

Not to mention, even if all that did happen, I'm still not sure its a good play for her. Yes, she keeps the only person she can beat in the game, but now she also becomes a visible threat, makes a number of enemies this late in the game, and destroys any shot she had at being the "****ty player dragged to the finals to beat". And if you're gonna become a target, I'm not sure Joe is the person you want to have your back. She'd be gone before she could blink lol

Dan did potentially open the door to screw himself by not putting Jenn up. What it did though is disguise his relationship with Ian and most likely made Jenn think she can trust him. Dan has a good relationship with everyone except Shane. I think Shane is the only one who wouldn't take him to the final 2.

Jenn has no one. Ian can't break up Shane and Danielle. I think Danielle would take Dan over Shane. If Dan can get Shane out, he has a deal with everyone else.

If Dan tries to get Shane out before final 3, he loses Dani. Best for Dan is if he can get Shane and Danielle on the block come vote time, then get Shane out with no blood on his hands. Ian will likely put up Shane and Jenn, so Dan needs Jenn to win veto and hope Ian isn't shrewd enough to backdoor him (I would in that situation). Then he's the main ally of everyone in the house, as long as Shane and Danielle are both still in the house, Dan is really vulnerable to them shutting him out.

Did you really think we could go through a season without Jesse and Rachel?

Now we know Dan tried to take out Ian last Thursday. I really enjoy the double eviction episodes and the following episode where we get to see the scrambling around.

I'll never understand why people break down when they see their family on Survivor and now Big Brother. I know it gets lonely on the Island/Inside the House, but I can't imagine crying after not seeing loved ones for a couple of weeks/2 months.

Edit: Dan's wife is really pretty. She was on Cesternino's webshow last night and she's got the personality to match her looks. Dan is a lucky SOB.

Tonight's eviction is "live" (actually happened yesterday) and tomorrow I think is a live eviction.

I believe tonights episode we'll have veto competition/ceremony, eviction ceremony, and then the start of the 1st part of the final HOH competition.

Are they not showing the jury house this year? I wanna see people like Frank,Brittney and others in that house, the people in the jury house are way more interesting than people in the BB house right now.

Usually in other seasons, we get like 2-3 diff weeks worth of jury house videos, this year we never got a single 1.

That's because they added 3 extra people to the game and had to cram 3 more evictions into the show. I agree though, I miss the jury house reactions to the evicted and to the show tapes they get to watch.
