I've been using photobucket for a few years now and it has become increasingly frustrating of late. I'm hoping that someone on here might have an answer for me because I sure as heck am not going to get a hold of anyone from photobucket on the phone.
Recently when I try and log into my account it takes ages and eventually times out. It eventually gives me some kind of error message. I created another account and I'm able to log in fine, with no problems. Also any places where I use pics from photobucket take forever to load on the screen, if they load at all. This is exceptionally frustrating because I don't know why it is happening or who to call to fix it.
What could be causing this? I do have a ton of photos on there but I pay $2.99 per month for the premium account in order to get more space and larger uploads. I'm really at a loss as far as what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows what is causing this.
