    good first episode.
discovery channel has to get rid of their huge watermarks though.
so distracting. They had their own watermark up there then they also have some ******** full blow watermark for one car too far. Takes up the whole bottle right hand section of the screen.

Does Discovery stream the episodes? Or maybe archive them?

I don't have the channel but I love the show, if there's a site where I can check it out I'd be quite grateful

Dang, Man v Wild getting some un-provocked hate. Guess I'll have to defend my man, Bear...

Man v Wild is, at times, far fetched. But, is vastly more entertaining than the slow paced Survivorman.

Survivorman seems like it should be an online weekly 10 min segment. Whereas, with Bear, I can't wait to see what crazy predicament he'll through himself into next! And then of course get out of it!

Because he's already had crew members do it 10 times before him.

You nailed it right on the head.

If you want to watch a show that will teach you how to survive, you watch Survivorman.

If you want to see someone do some extreme camping and tell you what can be safe or not safe to do, you watch Man vs Wild.

Man vs Wild is not a survival show, its an action packed show about one man (and 4-5 of his crew members) with limited supplies (and a hotel to sleep in when it gets too cold outside) camping out in the wilderness.

Have you ever noticed the difference in their faces the morning after a bad night? Les looks like crap whereas Bear is all smiles and sunshine.
