I don't recall a lot of "slurs" but they did seem to say "the gay boys" more than "The Beekman boys" a lot more than usual.

I'm pullling for the Beekmans or Chippendales. All the girls on the show at this point are obnoxious as hell.

I think I heard one...but it wasn't that obvious. Those girls are classless and annoying. I truly hope they LOSE

Yeah I heard them a few times during the episode especially during the windmill challenge. They are very rude and disrespectful. If for some reason they do come first, wouldn't it be great if Phil said, "you have a 24 hour penalty for stealing James & Abba's money!"

The Finale is this Sunday and CBS have already confirmed the start date for the next Amazing Race. Premieres Sunday, Feb. 17 at 8:00 PM Eastern.

Supposedly CTV is putting on an all-Canadian (ie, cheap) version of TAR next year. I dread to think of what "Canadian celebrity" they'll dig up to be the host.

lol, just seems like Canada wants to copy everything USA does. Big Brother Canada,Amazing Race Canada, soon Survivor Canada probably lol.

They should just allow Canadians to participate in USA version of show.

To be fair, there are copies of these shows in several countries worldwide. For example, there are already 11 different countries that have their own version of The Amazing Race. Also, while The Amazing Race is an original US production, the American versions of Survivor (Sweden), Big Brother (Netherlands), and American Idol (the UK's Pop Idol) are copies themselves. So that doesn't bother me. What does is the Canadian version being lame and cheap (see CTV's horrid version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire a decade ago).

They should just allow Canadians to participate in USA version of show.

There's legal mumbo jumbo of some kind that prevents this. Whether it's network rights, travel insurance, legally binding participants to keep quiet about results, I'm not sure. Nothing prevents Canadians from appearing on "traditional" US game shows like Jeopardy or The Price is Right.

It sounds dumb, but it can be a lot of fun with the right participants. The perpetual surliness of the tracker never fails to make me laugh. Also, in grand Canadian style, the prize for winning is... self-respect?

I know it's popular, I just said that it seems like they're suddenly wanting to have canadian versions of USA shows more and more(probably realizing that Canadian shows basically suck today,so they have to get canadian versions of other shows now)


Survivor is even more popular than Amazing Race. So sorta surprised they didn't have Survivor Canada yet. If the weather was good, would have been cool to have a season in Canada.

Speaking of Canada...will Canada be airing it at 8pm, or just whenever USA airs it? Cause CBS forgets every single week,that NFL goes until AFTER 7pm,and for some reason, they NEED to air the entire 60 minutes show,which leads to Amazing Race starting at a random time, like 8:13, or 8:26 or something like that.

Just like Survivors finale next week. It's starting at 8:30pm because of NFL and 60 Minutes(and if 60 minutes gets delayed,then Survivor will be delayed too,and the live part of the finale won't be live anymore)
