    Man cave advice

If you had your choice between 1 of the 3, which would you put in your basement or man cave?

    1) customized electric football board/stadium built to scale coming in at about 5 feet long and 2 feet wide with a variety of NFL teams

    2) Benej table hockey set - custom made and considered best in business

    3) 1/32 slot car digital racing setup

The car track or the hockey table simply because they're more involving.

        Re: Man cave advice

The more I think about it, the race set may make the most sense since nowadays with digital track and cars, you can program up to 6 cars cars to run by themselves. You don't actually need someone to race against.

The hockey table requires 2 players, and the football game as well...although it could be played by one person I suppose...

I'd go with the 1/32 race track.

How's that work? Is it actually some what intelligent or do they just go around the track?

If the cars would provide a good challenge, I would pick those.

The hockey set was my first thought, but with the car track you could constantly upgrade and update it...

I'll never have the room for these, but they look fun.

I think you can program them to brake at certain places into curves, etc...and also when to take pit stops for gas. If you don't pit stop your car runs out of "gas" and will just stop like in real life. All the cars will also change lanes so you can get behind one and then make your move to pass on outside or inside. Cool stuff. I think you can set the speed on them too.

The track will wind up being the most expensive of all 3 in the long run, but probably will provide the longer term playtime and can be expanded. But that hockey game has me mesmerized...played the commercial models as a kid all the time...
