Wow, Dany has moved up to the position of number one bad *** now. Margaery is playing a different kind of game, but she's getting it done too.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Re: Game of Thrones Season 3 (aka A Storm of Swords)

I haven't read the books but I knew there was something special about that dark purple, reddish dragon after it hatched at the end of season one. The camera seemed to focus on it more than the other two in almost all the scenes, and now after this episode you see how much bigger and powerful he is compared to the other two. Not sure if this leads to anything significant, but it was something I observed.

Varys is the most intriguing character in all of this I swear. I wonder what his aim is. It's almost as if he is working for a higher power.

Daenerys kicked *** in this episode. The Qarthians betrayal last season accelerated her "get it done" mode.

Best episode of the season so far and in my top 3 for now. Looking forward to more heat next Sunday.

After season one I never thought I would feel the same way. I'm wondering what prompted him to save Brienne the way he did last episode? You could see the mutual admiration they gave each other tonight.

Man this is good stuff these characters are so complex with the exception of Joffrey and Cersei. Only one side to those two.

I was waiting for that scene the whole episodes. Probably my second favorite scene in the books to this point, and they truly did it justice.

The end of that episode had to be the most badass thing to ever happen in television history.

                1. I know he pushed Bran and made him a cripple, but I couldn't help but feel bad for Jaime. And when you feel bad for a "bad guy," that's some damned good writing.

                2. THEON ****ING GREYJOY bringing the feels this episode. "My real father lost his head in King's Landing." Cue the sniffles.

                3. Varys serves the realm. I'm inclined to believe what he told Ned for now. Why can't I help but feel something really bad is going to happen with his revelation of Littlefinger being one of the most dangerous men in the realm and his mention of the Starks?

                4. Jeor! I really hope those pricks die quick. I want justice for the Bear!

                5. A big prick can be made into a little prick. Growing strong.

                6. Blood of My Blood! My gawd, was that masterfully executed! Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, take a bow!

And someone mentioned the black dragon being special. NOT REALLY A SPOILER, BUT IT HASN'T BEEN MENTIONED ON THE SHOW EVEN THOUGH IT HAPPENED IN BOOK 2.
                Spoiler

This show needs to win all the awards.

Great episode. The ending was epic

Im curious to see what happens now wit Sam, Jon, and the Night's Watch

Oleena and Margerey seem to be better game players than most

The Tyrell ladies are true players no question. I love watching Cersei squirm when Margerey plays sissy boy Joffrey like a flute. I can see Jon becoming the leader of the Wildlings that part seems kind of predictable. The Night Watch is exactly what I thought it was and this last episode proved this. Some are men of honor and some are knaves. Joining the Watch does not change what a person is at the core. Shame really. Not sure what will happen to Sam. Growing to like him because he has a good mind. If he could control his cowardice his mind could help a lot of ppl.

Funny to say this but I can't wait till the end of this series so that I can finally read the books. I think starting the books now would spoil the series for me.

Do as I do and read the corresponding book after each season. I find my enjoyment of the franchise as a whole to be way better.

Read the books. They are the best fantasy series I've read. And while reading them hurts the show a little bit just because the absence of surprise, it is absolutely a fantastic show.

Margerey's moves are even better if you remember that she is only 15 years old when all this is happening.

Yeah, she's been "aged up" for the series, to just a bit older than Robb. Supposedly this is because Natalie Dormer blew the producers away with her audition.

I think that's one of the things I love about these producers, that they didn't stick to the books down to the letter. The minor changes they've made just plan make sense.
