This looks so God awful that it should be bannished from being released.

Not that it makes Scary Movie 5 any better, but it was written by Zucker and Proft who also wrote Airplane!, Police Squad!, and all three Naked Gun movies. Zucker without Proft wrote Baseketball. Proft wrote all the Police Academy movies, both Hot Shots movies, and Real Genius. Soooo, I think the Wayans being involved doesn't trump Zucker and Proft.

Well, just Scary Movie really. Parodies are for people who are too lazy to come up with something originally on their own and decidedly try to tarnish other brands in the process. **** them.

Though truth be told, I wanted Scream and Saw to end at trilogies, even though I like Scream 4 and Saw VI. The only way I want to see Saw or Final Destination continue to make movies with that name are with "back to roots" style versions and not this grandeur 3D blood splatter galore crap. FD5 had okay story and characters (much better than FD4), but they try and do too much.

I'd only like to see a Saw reboot, but not for fifteen years and with a completely different take (very young John Kramer, following him from the start and developing his story first).
