I love Larry Bird's line in the newest one. "It's like I don't have feelings."

It feels a little bit more scripted than the older ones. Maybe that's just me.

It's not just you, I feel the same way. That seems to be what happens with everything, though. Even sequels for movies. Things just don't occur as organically once you get a following of some sort, and that's just plain unfortunate.

I've seen two other pretty funny ones recently, though. Maybe a bit "scripted" sounding, but they gave me a chuckle upon my first viewing. One about a dog, and another about... I can't really remember.

The dogbrother, the girls face looking like the other kid just blew her mind makes me laugh. While looking for that one I saw this and think it might just be bad luck with kids recently.

The slow turtle one might be the biggest scripted offender that I have seen.

That just looks badly scripted, from the girls looking like she's reading off cue cards to the kid seeming like he's embarrassed doing the forehead slap.

To me the dog brother one seems the most scripted.

This kid is way too frickin' adorable. I just watch it over and over.

I really dislike this one. Its way too scripted and "focus grouped."

My assistant coach went to one of these because her godson was a kid in the "turtle" commercial. He's the kid Austin who slaps his forehead. She says that it's all real, as in no script. Yeah, they get prompted questions and they talk for a while, and they're asked to not just blurt and whatever... and of course there is editing here and there between the hour of whatever they did on that day... but there isn't a script, except for Beck's first question asked.

Doesn't take away from the fact that the girl is cute as a button.

Well, let's face it.... the material has to be getting thin by now. The cavemen and the gecko both wore out their welcome shortly after their intros, but......

I guess not, but the dialogue is just too "on the nose" for me.

I disagree. I think there's much more material out there, it's just lately they having hit a homerun.
